Hotel Reservations
Chelsea Travel Management has developed strong partnerships with the
world’s leading hotel booking agencies. This now extends a
facility to customers, giving access to discounted rates at thousands
of hotels worldwide. Through continued research, the
company have elected to work with more than one partner to ensure
choice. The benefits include extremely competitive rates achievable
through volume buying power, combined with specialist knowledge and
sophisticated reservation systems.
Car Rental
Chelsea Travel Management hold preferred
rates with all the major car hire companies - Hertz, Avis, National
and Europcar. The group
manages all worldwide car hire, taking advantage of both national
and local supplier rates. Bookings are managed by staff who
have expert knowledge on pricing and products.
Passport & Visa
Chelsea Travel
Management extends expert advice and information on passport and
visa requirements at the time of booking. Chelsea
Travel Management handles all passport and visa applications in-house
with dedicated couriers to administer all applications. Our agency
has its own agency contacts within the Embassies ensuring fast turnaround
and response. Contact through mobile phone ensures up to the
minute progress on each application.
24-Hour Emergency Service
Chelsea Travel Management
offers an emergency out of hour’s service.
The emergency help line is geared to handle any form of emergency from
anywhere around the world. The 24-hour emergency service office
is based at Heathrow Airport near to Terminal Four. This office
is manned 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Staff are experienced
in the field of Business Travel and have full access to all client
profiles through a password protected reservation system.

2. To or from the United States of America
3. To or from Mexico
4. To or from China (except Hong Kong)
5. To certain destinations to and from the UK which include Dubai, Johannesburg, Bangkok, Miami, Washington and Islamabad.
6. To or from Spain (from 13th June 2007)

This information is compulsory and is required for the purposes of ensuring aviation safety and security. In order to minimise unnecessary delays at the airport, it is essential that where possible, all travellers provide the API prior to travelling.
